I've been teaching at the Jig since 2005. I love working with beginner dancers and my approach to dancing and instruction is fun with a capital F. I don't take myself too seriously and I love to see my students cut loose on the dance floor. My favorite dances at the moment are Cha Cha, Nite Club Two Step and West Coast Swing. When I'm not on the dance floor, I'm with my two awesome children, Sydney and Harry V. |

Tammy Davis is a Virginia native but grew up living all over the US. At eighteen she made the decision she was tired of moving and made Richmond home. Today she lives in Henrico with her husband Kenny and 13 year old son Mayson along with several pets.
Tammy loves to dance, listen to music, work with the community and hang out with friends. She first started dancing (line dancing) at Little Texas and Dakota's in the 90's and has been dancing and learning many styles since.
I love to teach at Rigby's Jig and hope to empower those that think they have two left feet ~ they can dance and have fun.
Tammy's favorite dances are West Coast Swing, Cha-Cha, 2-Stepand Waltz. |

I recently retired from the State of Virginia after 34 years of service in the fields of both IT and Finance. I've now been teaching ballroom dance for 4 years. My favorite dance changes periodically but currently I'm enjoying West Coast Swing and Night Club Two Step just a little more than other dances. The Waltz is one of my favorite dances to teach. |
