Dance Trance (1 hour)
A cardio-fitness class that combines choreographed dance routines (up to 15) to create a high-impact, high-intensity workout. The music genres vary and can include rock-n-roll, pop, alternative, hip hop, Latin, jazz and funk in just one class. Dance style and choreography will range from simple fitness moves like turns, grapevines, v-steps or jumps to a quick jazz., Latin or hip hop combination. The large variety of styles, genres and freedoms transform this dance-fitness workout into a total mind-body experience.
DT Break Down (1 hour)
Learn new Dance Trance routines (up to 4 - included warm up and cool down) in this step-by-step instructional class. Students will learn the moves on the count before dancing to the music. Questions are welcomed and repetition encouraged. This class is open to dancers, at all levels, who want to learn the latest DT routines before doing them in the full-cardio class.
P.A.C.E. Beginner’s Program
P.A.C.E. stands for practice, attitude, confidence and enthusiasm. This program was developed from student requests that Dance Trance have a very slow “paced” entry program where they could gain confidence and learn dance moves before stepping into the faster paced class. This course consists of basic dance movement, nutrition, music instruction, flexibility training and confidence building. It is perfect for the student that thinks he or she “just can’t dance!” |
